How to Create a Support Account

Even if you previously had a support account with us, our recent support system upgrade will require you to create a new support account if you have not done so already. You can do this at our Create an Account page. On that page, fill in the email address field with the email address you wish to create your support account under.

If you previously contacted support and thus already have support tickets with us, then please make sure to use the same email address as before to ensure that your old tickets are properly attached to your new support account.

After submitting your email address, an account creation email will be sent to you. If you do not see this email, then please check your spam box or make sure that you had no typos when submitting your email address on the account creation webpage. Once you get this email, simply follow the instructions provided therein to complete your account creation process.
