Trouble with Resetting Support Account Password

If you attempted to reset your support account password at the Forgot your Password page but did not get the password reset email, then likely one of the following two things is happening:

1) it is in your spam box

2) you do not have a support account in our new support system yet*

First, please check your spam box. If you cannot find it after checking your spam, then most likely you do not have a support account with us yet. You can create a new account with us at the Create an Account page.

*"But I already have a support account that I used previously."

Due to our recent support system upgrade, you will need to recreate your support account. But as long you use the same exact email address as before, then all of your old support tickets will be automatically associated with your new support account.
