Purchased from Smith Micro

If you purchased from our store or a Physical Product with our Logo, we can assist you with recovering key and access to the Order Details for purchases from our store.

The License Key will be in the Packaging for the physical product on the back of the Disc Sleeve for the box version or inside the DVD Case. 

If you have the Download Version purchased from our store, the License Key will be in the Order Details. To view the Order Details, Sign In to the Store at

http://www.contentparadise.com/signin.aspx

Click on the View Account link in the upper left, click on the View My Order History button in the middle of the page, and click on the Order Number for the Product on the left side of the Order History List. This will bring up the Order Details.

Contact our Support with your Order Number if you have a download purchase from our store, if you are still unable to locate the License Key.

If the software is installed and activated, launch the software and go to the Version Information screen and provide the text of the License Key displayed there in your response in Text (no images). We may be able to recover your full key from the text provided.
