Moho says invalid Key on my Mac

Make sure there are no typos and you have included the dashes when entering the key. If you have an Upgrade Purchase, you will need to enter the Key used to obtain Moho at the Upgrade Price.

‚ÄčIf there are no typos, the most common issues is corrupted permissions on the Users/Shared folder or one or more of the sub folders. To view the Users/Shared folder in Finder, go to Applications and then in the Go Menu of Finder, select Open Enclosing Folder. There you will see the Users Folder. Right clicking on a folder in Finder will reveal the Context Menu and the Get Info option.

Check the permissions for the following folders using Get Info

/Users/Shared/Library/Application Support/

You may not have these folders, but if you do, check them as well

/Users/Shared/Library/Application Support/SmithMicro//
/Users/Shared/Library/Application Support/SmithMicro/Moho/
/Users/Shared/Library/Application Support/SmithMicro/Moho/12/

You may need to expand the Permission option to see the permissions for each folder. You can open all the Get Info windows on a single screen to edit. They should all be Read and Write for all options.
