For a partial or full refund on a direct purchase from Smith Micro or a product exchange is needed, please CLICK HERE to enter a support ticket to see if you qualify for a refund.
Please note: it must be within 30 days of purchase for a refund to be issued.
Please make sure to include the order number or copy of the receipt and the reason for the refund.
In cases of refunds on physical shipments, the shipping charges are NOT refunded as these charges are directly paid to the carrier responsible for the delivery.
